Loved the helpful staff who even gave us free shuttle rides to the train station. Rooms were clean and comfy, perfect after a long day of skiing. Just wish the breakfast seating wasn't so crowded on the second morning.

Location: the hotel was close to the town centre, and hiking. I had some drinks at Kulm Country Club, positioned 300 metres away❤👌

The rooms with huge TV, comfortable bed plus Mountain View. Free parking onsite provided. The staff were helpful and very very helpful and the location was beautiful. Also, easy to get to Berry Museum.

The ambiance was nice, but the duvets were completely ridiculous-either freezing or boiling, how hard is it to get that right? And the TV choices, laughable-heard Switzerland has better? Unfortunate I didn't get a room upgrade after such distressing sleep. I almost would've given a good review, but just couldn't, you know?

Not much view from the hotel

Enjoyed a comfortable stay with great mountain views right from the window. The spacious room offered decent amenities for a cozy night after a long day outside.
Duvets on the beds left much to be desired-too thick or too thin, leading to an uncomfortable night. The TV selection was surprisingly poor, lacking variety and common channels. The shower arrangement was awkward, with temperature controls that didn't deliver consistent results, and all this after a rather lengthy trek along the busy road to town.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff: reception - just a great pleasure to have met those ladies! Great location - only 7 minutes walking to the lifts. Or, if taking a bus at the stop just in front of the hotel - two minutes. Very clean and tidy. Very nice pool and sauna. Still dry sauna is not available for free everyday. On some days of the week one has to pay extra (10,- SFR). Hotel restaurant - good quality and selection of food, nice service. It's generally a good hotel if you are prepared or used to not being spoiled by variety and high level of comfort.
Old and shabby furniture in the room. Maybe that was a "special offer" for Booked.net reservations or for people from certain countires, as I saw much better rooms. Very old and small TV set, with one of two English speaking channels not working properly. You have to buy slippers at the reception, bath robes are on deposit (it's still OK, but you have to pay in cash, no credit cards are accepted for deposit payments). There are no usual 4* sewing or comfort kits in the bathroom (cotton buds, cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) Worst impression - needy breakfast buffet selection, sometimes with dried-up cheese.

My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. Private bathroom. The location was beautiful and stunning, short walk to hiking, the railway station and center.

Charming historic decor adds to hotel ambiance.
The room I stayed in was quite cramped, primarily with a tiny bathroom, made navigating challenging. I found the overall layout of the hotel confusing, which detracted from its charm. Although the breakfast offered was fairly decent, it was overcrowded on one of the mornings due to group bookings, affecting my dining experience negatively.

Nice people.
Quirky and clean place, excellent view of the mountains. Marvellous location, pretty nice area, so close to the city center, the town square and the Swiss mountains. Again, not far from an art gallery.

Fantastic medium sized hotel with a "ski lodge" feel, wood fire, impeccable Swiss service, courtesy and friendliness, good food, in a pretty area right next to the famous Cresta run, easy reach into St Moritz Dorf centre (2 bus stops or five min walk). Good facilities with pool, sauna and internet, ski pass purchase.
One of the rooms that looked out over the (minor) road proved noisy overnight and was too hot. The food in the adjoining restaurant was quite expensive - not many cheap simple dishes. However the bar area offered simpler food at pleasant tables.

Strongly recommend for a quick weekend visit
Charming hotel, good experience, with a large indoor swimming pool perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring, and a vibrant bar/lounge area that offers a cute atmosphere to unwind.
No drawbacks at all.
